Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Unequal Pay Wage for Equal Skills

In 1995 I was given a new responsibility that required I be able to access a database, knowledge of computer, and a calculator. Several days of training took place before "catching on" my new responsibility. The (male)individual performing the job before me needed the same knowledge for the job but was compensated at $9.00 more per hour.

This, in my opinion, falls under Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act and the Equal Pay Act of 1963.

Should I start going up the chain of command to achieve satisfaction and retroactive compensation or am I just blowing hot air??
