Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Unfair Employment practices
I am a sales representative working for a company that has misled me from the beginning. When I was hired, I was told that I would cover Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Philadelphia. After I started, my territory was expanded to include 10 states in the NE US! To make matters worse, the company refuses to cover anything other than airfare upfront. In order to have any chance at moving business, I am speding as much as 40-45% of my salary on business expenses. Reimbursement is available but the turnaround is 2-3 weeks. What legal recourse do I have as an employee of this unethical company?
