Unfair work practice

Can an employer change the amount of Hours that you have worked on your time card ?

Without knowing more facts, the answer is, generally NO. This is especially if they are trying to deny paying you overtime. My firm has been conducting a large amount of overtime litigation--it's the majority of cases we are now taking. You and your colleagues may be entitled to your back pay and additional damages.
