Unpaid Commisions
My employer and I parted ways in November of 2007. I'm still owed commision from parts of a deal that went thru. I've been paid 2 of the 3 payments on one deal and 0 of 3 payments of a second deal. I have emails stating they'll pay me when the money arrives and now I've been told I'm not getting paid. Am I entitled to the remainder of my commision payments?

It definitely sounds as if your former employer violated the Pa. Wage Payment and Collection Law. You should give our offices a call or e-mail me directly so I can find out more and how much you are entitled to recover. In the meantime, KEEP ALL THOSE E-MAILS, PRINT THEM OUT, and put them in a file (both to and from). I will want to see them. Thanks.
