Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, I work as a fast food manager, my supervisor required that I come into work the same day of a funeral for my uncle because he didnt have another manager to work my shift. He also made me come into work after a car accident because I wasnt hospitalized from it. Also, I was diagnosed with H1N1 virus, so I was out of work for 3 days, and an assistant manager made crude jokes about my homosexuality with the entire staff while i was out. The store manager stated that "im too sensitive" when I brought it to his attention. Also, someone wrote "fag" on my management paperwork during the day shift, and whenever I brought that to his attention, I was told "but it wasnt directed towards you" meanwhile there was a name written above it, that was erased. What can/should I do?
