Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
Work Hours
My boss just told me that I have to work 9hrs a day without extra pay. I am salary. this would mean, 10 hrs a day, 1 hour for lunch 9 working. Just wondering if this is legal in the state of PA?

The answer to your question depends on job duties, whether you are confidential, management, or an exempt employee, which in turn is a function of the Right to Control test.
