Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

If I worked on the clock for a company and had a time card and everything and have not received my check what action can I take if I were not to get the money. It has already been 2 weeks since I was let go.

This law provides for the recovery of unpaid wages as well as liquidated damages of the greater of 25% of the amount owed or $500, plus attorney fees and costs.
