Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
i worked as a salary employee. i was let go and i worked my last day in the new pay period. so when i went to get my last check it was put down that i was an hourly employee and i only got paid for that one day? is that legal? please help

You should consut an attorney who handles wage payment claims. Your employer may have been paying you incorrectly as a salaried employee. If there are records of your actual time, you may be able to recover OT that you should have been paid. Your employer should issue you your last paycheck in accord with the normal payment schedule.
