Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
I worked for a year making $12 per hour at a part time job at a public school at the pool. I didn't turn in a time sheet for a couple months when the pool was closed. When work resumed, I turned in a time sheet and was paid minimum wage. Can they reduce my wage without notification? The business manager says he is looking for documentation which established my rate at $12. It has been two months now and when I called, he said, "i'll let you know when I get to it."
