Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Wrongful Termination

In Jan. of this year,I got a job with a cable tv construction company.I got my oldest son in shortly after.I then got my youngest son in then my daughter in-law.In Aug.I quit due to harassment and sexual harassment by a supervisor.I did not file any charges and was advised by the other supervsors not to.About a month later my daughter in-law was laid off and was told there wasn't any work for her.The following day the company hired someone else for her job position.Today (10-19-99) my two sons were fired. Two of the supervisors arranged a set-up then fired my sons.Do they have a case? Do all of us have a case?I beleive that once I was out of there, that they wanted my family out too but had to do it over a period of time so that it wouldn't look to suspicious.I would greatly appreciate some advice.Thank-you.

Re: Wrongful Termination

Your question is too fact sensitive to give a quick answer. However, you owe it to yourself and your coworkers to file a complaint with the EEOC or PHRC. There is no excuse for sexual harassment in the workplace. If all family members have been fired, you no longer need to protect anyone. You need to speak with an attorney.
