Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Wrongful Termination?

I was terminated as an at-will employee with weak cause. I filed a arb claim

for breach of the terms of a repayment agreement. In the Answer the

employer states that I was terminated for two things that I did not do. In the

answer it states that I was terminated for making an unauthorized trade.

Incredibly the employer provides a letter as evidence but the letter states that

both my client and my manager agreed the trade was authorized. The answer

is full of false swearing in an attempt to discredit me as I blew the whistle.

Do I have a case of wrongful termination?

Also in the answer I came to find that someone stole pages from my diary.

The employer claims they were discovered on my desk. Can an employer

take personal papers such as a diary in a clear effort to incriminate?

Thanks.
