20 year old son refuses to move out
I have a 20 year old son living at home, refuses to go to college, get a job or do anything but eat, play on the computer and occupy space. No health problems associated. Legally can I make him leave.

Yes, you can tell him he will need to move out...if he doesn't, you could evict him. That's not necessarily advisable, but if you have no other options, that would be your best bet.
