Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
Am I allowed to increase the rent on a commercial property with a contract ending in Oct. There are no stipulations to doing this in the contract.

Yes. Without a new lease a tennancy would become a month to month arrangement at the old rent.
