Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Apartment Lease (Damage)

My apartment lease ended on May 31, 2007. I have just recieved notice of damages today (July 4, 2007). Is there any law stating that the landlord must supply a list of damages within a thirty day period of a tenant (me) vacating the property at the end of the lease?

Re: Apartment Lease (Damage)

Yes, the Landlord Tenant Act of 1951. However, its a bit more complicated then that. You have to notify your landlord of your new address. Also, when the 30 days is up varies a bit. In any case its not more than 30 days after you vacated your apartment.
