Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

We have an apartment that the tenant disappeared from in November. They have not returned or paid rent since then. I have no forwarding address for him. Can I remove and dispose of his property and how do I go about getting the money owed?

Believe or not you have to file foran eviction. When you do make it clear to the DJ they've abounded their property. Ask that the eviction order state that afer 30 days you may dispose of the their property.
