Re: Breaking a lease

Since you have eight months in the property it would be best to give your landlord notice of your new move-out date. Such notice should be given at a time which allows your landlord to find a new tenant and under the law mitigate any damages you may be held responsible for.

This response does not create an attorney-client relationship.

To Breach or Not to Breach...?

You should consult with an attorney asap, and prior to acting...failure to do so will limit your available remedies....contact my office for more detailed information or visit my website at www.AlleghenyAttorneys.com.
