Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

My brother and sisters names are on the same property deed and there is a modular home on the property that is titled in his name only and he is currently living in it. He wants to by another place to live and rent the modular home out. Does my sister have a say in this matter. Thanks

It would appear that your sister may be able to claim a land rent for the placement of the home on the property. She should discuss the case with an attorney
