daughter trying to throw mother out

What is the legal procedure for a daughter to throw her mother out of the house? She's lived with me since birth and last year I gave her the closing costs on the house. Recently she moved to Texas to be with some guy. She's 4 months behind on the mortgage. I pay the utilities.

You aren't making much sense. Please clarify what it is you want to know. For example, who owns the house? Is there a lease? Are you trying to get her off the deed? You say she moved to Texas? If so, why do you need to throw her out of the house? She lived with you since who's birth?
