You should consult the terms and conditions of your lease. The lease should spell out any remedies you may have. You may also want to consider sending your landlord a certified letter indicated that there is an issue and telling him/her that this needs to be handled as soon as possible. The lack of water may make the premises uninhabitable.

The offense will stay on your record until it is expunged. You have the right to expunge a single summary offense when five years have elapsed since the date of conviction. The most issued summary citations that affect young people are retail theft, underage drinking, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness these would all be eligible for expungement after five years. Expungement does not happen automatically. You must petition the Court to request the expungement.
