If you're short one month's rent for the first time, and you have a lease, how long do you have to leave if the landlord decides to evict? Also if you paided two month's worth rent before you even moved in does that make any difference?

In many courts in PA if you have caught up with your missed rent payments and late charges prior to your court date they will not evict you.
Be sure you attend any court date.
