Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Was evicted from apartment. Courts gave me 30 days to appeal the eviction. In the meantime landlord came and threw all my stuff out on the crub. What is the legal action needed to take place???

If I recall from previous cases you had 15 days to appeal. Normally, a constable removes your property. If he did it before the appeals period is up he violated the law.
