Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I had an eviction compliant filed and I paid all past due fees and rent. they withdrew the compliant before the court date. Am I still required to pay the court fees?

Since they have withdrawn the complaint, and assuming the hearing has been officially cancelled, I would think your OK. The question is "Has the landlord asked for these fees since the complaint was withdrawn". If so, the landlord is probably entitled to this money. I would continue to pay my rent on time and see what happens.
