Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

eviction

I have received a notice to vacate. I have a 10 yr old son and nowhere to go. Do I have any recourse?

Re: eviction

Depends on why you were given a notice to vacate. Without that no idea if you have any recourse

The advice I give my clients served with such notices. Take the hint the landlord wants you gone. The question is will you live on your terms or the landlord. So time to start looking for a place to move. Even if you don't have to. Its better to be prepared to move and not have to then to not be prepared and have to move.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me the initial consultation is free.
