Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I have let an ex-friend live with us because he got evicted from his last place ... He has overstayed his welcome ... he has no documentation stating that he lives there ... we told him a month and a half ago that he needs to pay up or ship out how do we do that and is their anyway without having the court evict him
