Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

My family just moved into a knew home 2 months ago. It was never inspected by code before we moved in. And the landlord told us they didn't want code in the house. But now everyone in the family seems to be getting sick and we're worries it's something to do with the house. But we don't know what to do about it.

It's not up to the landlord. Call up the codes inspector and talk to them.

You're entitled to use the police power of the Commonwealth to protect you and your family. If your landlord disagrees call me.
