Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
my family and I just moved into a rental house in October. And I noticed a tick like bug and I told my landlord about it and she said she will see what she could do. And she never did anything. We kept calling and calling her but she neveres answered or returned our calls. So just resently my wife was rearranging Our 10month old daughters room and she noticed them on her crib skirting and she googled the bug as found out there bed bugs. We told our landlord about it again and she said she remembers her husband telling her about seeing a bug like we told her in October and she told him just to kill it. Now she finally got an exterminator in after 3 months. Before we told the landlord again my wife and our baby got bite marks all over them. We lost our bed and the baby's bed. We almost lost everything. And wife is traumatized Over all of this. Is there anything we can do?

Did you ever notify the landlord in writing? A letter an email even a text? Phone calls don't help. You need documentation. If you have it then you have something to take to court.
