Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

My father is on probation. I just moved back home after splitting up with my girlfriend and am renting a room from him. I like to smoke pot and i'm just wondering if my father could get in trouble for anything in my room, or if his P.O. could even enter my room?

Yes he could. Breaking law knowing that a law enforcement is going to be visiting the residence is none to bright. As it;s a good way for you to get to get arrest and violate your father's probation violated.
