Where do I find my state's laws regarding rights of tenants who own their own mobile home but rent the lot it sits on, in a mobile home park. Thank you

The PA laws are available online and free of charge. Here is the cite to the statutes:

Once there, you want to go to Title 68 P.S., Real and Personal property. Go down to Chapter 8, Landlord and Tenant. Under that provision, look down the list of acts till you come to Mobile Home Park Rights Act. Expand that t oget all the laws.
The sections are 68 P.S. �� 398.1 to 398.16.
