Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I gave a landlord 1400 on with a verbal agreement to rent a property. she said it was for security deposit and the key and that I would owe an additional 700 when I moved in. I decided the next day that I didnt want the unit. She will not refund my money and told me that she has already been before a certain 25 times and has won every case. I want to take her to court. Should I get a lawyer?
