Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
My ex husband and I divorced in 2006. We reconciled in 2012. I owned my own home and vehicle at this time and sold both to move back in with him. He bought me a new car and we only had it put in his name because the interest was lower. I have not worked since 2012 so I could stay home and take care of the kids and get them to their sports activities. I have put a lot of my own money into our home(which is only in his name). 5 months ago he walked out on the children and I and we 3 have been living in the home ever since. A week ago he decided he wants to come back and sent me an eviction letter a few days ago giving me 15 days to get out. This was unexpected since he said all along I could have the house and now I have nowhere to go with 2 kids. How can I be expected to find a home in 15 days?! And do I have no legal rights to anything? I want to fight this.

If you were divorced in 2006 and reconciled without remarrying then your options may be limited. It would seem to me he would have to file a landlord tenant complaint to evict you or perhaps an ejectment action. In any event your wise recourse is to schedule an appointment with an attorney.
