Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Is it necessary for my husband to be listed on the lease as landlord (in addition to myself) and sign the lease ...if he is to be able to be able to act on my behalf (or as landlord) if I were incapacitated or something were to happen to me? (I am currently the only owner listed on property title). This is for rental in Pa. (we are in AL).

(without having to invoke power of attorney).

If the property in question is marital property yes you do need to list him as he is a property owner. That said why not list him?
