Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
My husband takes care of a handicapped gentleman and we have been living in his home for 5 years and on the property for 15 years. We gave our required 30 days notice to his lawyer that we were leaving and our final day would be December 5th which was the 3oth day. They requested that my husband stay till January 5th. Now they are refusing us entry to the home to retrieve our belongings. Do we have any recourse?
