Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

judge unlawful

we are the landlord & we are evicting a tenant - the magistrate granted possession - the tenant sent notice of appeal - they had 10 days to file the appeal but the appeal was never filed - we were able to terminate the appeal (we waited 14 days) & paid for the constable to evict - tenants lawyer asked judge to please let the appeal go through and the judge agreed - if a judge is suppose to uphold the law - the law says 10 days - can the judge do that? should i file with the code of judicial conduct board? thank you for any help

Re: judge unlawful

If the tenants have a lawyer you should have one too.

What you need to do is respond to the filing of your tenants.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
