Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

If a land lord is renting 8 places and charges some extra for water usage because they have a washing machine but, he does not pay for the water one of the tenants pays the eletric bill for all 8 places and was not part of the lease is that legal. All 8 places have well water and they are hook into the electricty in one building.

Unless the extra charge is provided for in the lease, the answer is generally no. Your remedy is to file a claim in small claims court (district justice court) for the return of the extra money paid.
