My land lord is selling my building, does the new owner have to honor the remainder of my lease?

And does my security deposit also transfer to the new owner, and do they have to pay interest on the security deposit?

Whether the new owner has to honor your lease, depends on your lease. If your lease does not discuss new ownership, then the new owner probably does not have to honor it. They can also choose to simply terminate the lease and ask you to vacate in 30 days. You should take your lease to a lawyer to review your rights.
