Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

What can I do if my landlord illegally evicts me? I have a lease & pay rent. She did not file a eviction threw the courts & she changed locks & cut the gas off. Thete was also violent threats & police raided her house due to drug activities with her & her boyfriend. The ramsacked all my things on top of locking me an my 8yr old out of the house

You sue the landlord. Changing the locks is a self help eveiction which is a violation of the Landlord Tenant Act of 1951.
