Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Ex landlord refused to do walk through didn't return security deposits or produce amore itemized bill for damages so after a month of back and forth I put a stop payment on a $480.00 check they had from me that they hadn't cashed. I did this because I needed to pay bills and she wouldn't give me security deposit back. Already had apartment rented 1 month later. Now it's been 2 months still no itemized bill still won't return the $960 deposit still owed and is harassing my family calling them saying she is going to put a lean on me for the $480.00. What do I do? From what I have read she hasn't followed pa laws.

You take him to MDJ court for your security deposit and the cost of suing him.
