landlord's rights
my tenants changed the locks on the doors to my house that they are renting from me and didn't give me a key, is that illegal?
i thought a landlord should always have a key to whatever they're renting out.

it is a breach of the lease and you can sue them to get them evicted after giving them proper notice and ability to cure their breach. Should you have any more questions, you can call our office for a free first consultation.
