Lease agreement

Is a tenant required to give a landlord notification of 30 days prior to vacating premises if lease has expired and nothing in the lease agreement states vacancy will be on a month-to-month basis following expiration of lease?

Re: Lease agreement

When a lease for a term expires, it automatically becomes a month-to-month arrangement by law. You would be required to give 30-days notice.
