Lease

I curently lease the the first floor of a building that I run my business in. My lease is good for six more years. The current owner of the building is selling. What will happen to the term of my lease. I don't want to go anywhere

You should review your lease carefully. In general unless the lease provides that the lease term or other conditions change upon sale by the owner, the new owner would be bound by the terms of the original lease and your term should continue as stated.
