Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
is this legal ?
I am 3 days late on my rent. For the past 2 days my landlord has been coming by non stop and without notice and also calling me non stop. He said i have 5 days to be out. IS any of this legal ? I dont have lease. Even though i had requested one many of times.

Actually it is legal and required without a written lease in place. If its not specified in the lease then the landlord has to demand rent. Though he sounds a bit over the top.
If he wants you out he has to follow the Landlord Tenant Act of 1951. So far he hasn't.
