Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I live in apartment complex, a friend of mine that also live here ask me to ask this question: Can the apartment maanager stop her son from seeing her? The son was not in any trouble, every body that know her and her son said he did not do anything wrong.

He might be able to stop him from living there but having him or anyone else visiting her? I don't think so. It would be a violation of their constitutional right to associate. It would also violate mother's right of quiet enjoyment.
