Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I live in PA and purchased a pool table to put in my apartment. After setting it up the landlord tells me i can't have one. There is no mention in the lease about pool tables. It is not blocking any door ways or heating and its light enough for 2 people to lift. My rent has been all been paid upfront for the extent of the lease. Can he tell me to get rid of it?

Have you talked to your landlord as to why he doesn't want you to have a pool table?
Maybe he has a good reason or not but it would be helpful to know why he wants it gone. Or maybe you can convince him its not the 2 ton object he thinks it is.
Always try talking first. One, its the cheapest way to solve the problem. Two, if you need to take him to court you'll know what you're up against.
