I have lived with a man for 5 yrs. and have spent $70,000. of my own money to repair and remodel his home. He is now evicting me. Can he? HOW do I recoup MY MONEY???????

You would have to sue him for the cost of improvements. Given the amount it would be a case in Common Pleas court.
