Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I have someone that lives with me that does not pay any bills. I've asked him to leave and had constable serve him still here. Landlord will not help because he is getting his rent because I pay it. How can I get this person removed from my residence?

If he is on the lease as well as you there is nothing to be done unless landlord does not renew his lease. Perhaps you should not pay his half of the lease . If he is not on the lease then perhaps you may be able to have him removed by a legal proceeding which may be costly
