Mobile Home Park issue

We are being billed for water/sewer usage every month when the owner/landlord is being billed quarterly. Also adding a water meter reading fee along with a municipality fee which the water authority does not bill the landlord/ower for.

I will assume you are asking if the landlord is allowed to handle the water bill in the way you describe.

The answer is maybe. Its pretty much dependent on what your lease says he can do with the water bill.
