Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I moved out of my apartment and turned in keys Sept 13th 2013. The landlord had me turn in keys to a local business that is owned by them. I left my forwarding address in the envelope. It has been well over 30 days and haven't heard anything. I sent an email to two of the landlords requesting my deposit back, with forwarding address once again, and still no response. What is my next step?

File a claim with your local district justice (the one that covers where your apartment was)..
