Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I moved into my boyfriends house with a rental agreement signed and notarized stating the amount of rent due and how food and personal hygene was to be separate..Two weeks later we had a fight and he kicked my 3 children and I out removing my property and changing locks that same night..(leaving us homeless) I am interested in knowing what my legal rights are I feel like I have been evicted un just and am now in a local shelter..Please help...
