Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I moved into a house with my wife and son on 1 october 2007 and signed a lease. in 2009 my wife and I got divorced. She moved out and in 2011 my ex-wife and her new boyfriend signed a lease with my landlord and moved into the apartment attached to the house I rent. They didnt pay their rent and got evicted. My landlord told me that my ex-wife isnt allowed to come on the property to see her son. He also told me that if he finds out she was here that he would evict me and my rent is paid and on time. Can the landlord do this?

The short answer is no, he can't do this. So long as she hasn't committed a crime, you can have any visitor on your property that you wish. On the other hand, he can try to make your life miserable, and it is unlikely that he will agree to renew your lease upon its termination. If he wants the rent that you ex owes him, he can sue her for it, but that is not grounds to evict you.
