Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

notarized agreement

tenants owed me $3400 i had and still have a trailer and a shell of a car of theirs. the agreement say that i will hold these items until i am paid on the agreement it states that these items are worth more then they actually are there is no date as to when i will get paid. verbally I was supposed to be by Christmas, but wasn't. also the trailer has no title to it. my question is... is this agreement legal if so how long do i have to wait for my money or can i legally sell them?

Re: notarized agreement

You would have to sue the tenants for breach of contract. Unless the agreement states that the debt must be paid by a certain date that maybe hard to just go sell the property. It might even put you at risk of being sued.
